Civic CenterCity of Fairhope Civic Center OverviewThe Fairhope Civic Center serves as a fundamental component of the Fairhope community that is centrally located in the heart of downtown and convenient to all of the city’s major points of interest. The Civic Center offers private meeting rooms and banquet space and is the perfect setting for social, civic and business gatherings that is a spacious multi-functional facility that is reasonably priced with theatrical sound and lighting capabilities. Whether it is a performing arts program in the main auditorium or a professional business meeting in the Delchamps Suite the Fairhope Civic Center can meet the needs of almost any size organization or group. ServicesTables and chairs are provided and set up to renter’s specifications. Outside catering and vendors are always welcome. A few of the other amenities offered at the civic center:
Room Stats and FeesAuditorium The main auditorium is the civic centers largest room, over 7200 square feet of space which will accommodate gatherings of up to 350 banquet style and 950 people auditorium style. This room is best used for weddings and receptions, performing arts, plays, large meetings and conventions. Rental fee: $485.00 per day and $20.00 per hour for each hour used Delchamps Room 1 The Delchamps room is a perfect room for average size meetings; the room has over 600 square feet of space and will accompany up to 88 people. Rental fee: $40.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour used. Delchamps Room 2 If you’re looking for a room that will hold 20 people then the Suite would be ideal for you; this room takes up over 220 square feet of space. Rental fee: $40.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour used. Council Chambers The Fairhope Civic Center’s Council Chambers are also available for rental. The Chambers will accompany 128 fixed seats (theater style). This room is often reserved for regularly held council meetings but may be available on other dates, please call for availability. Rental fee: $50.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour used. * Please call for availability of listed rooms as groups meet on a daily basis.
