The Building Inspection and Permitting Department is responsible for :

• Issuing building permits.
• Performing inspections on all building components, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire safety.
• Code enforcement.
• Enforcing landscape guidelines.
• Developing and enforcing environmental protection measures, such as stormwater and erosion control regulations.
