STREET MAINTENANCE
The county and the City are responsible for street and right-of-way maintenance. For the most part the City of Fairhope Public Works Department is responsible for all maintenance on streets and right-of-ways within the city limits of of the City of Fairhope.

BRICK PAVERS
To request paver for dedication, please print out the form below.  Once the form is filled out, the form and check or money order can be dropped off to  City Hall, Attn:  Gayle Fogarty, or you can mail to:

Mrs. Fogarty will call you when the paver has been set.  There has to be a minimum number of paver orders for the city to put them in place.
