TRANSPORTATION FOR FAIRHOPE RESIDENTS
If you are elderly or handicap and have no one who can drive you to a local shelter, please call 928-2835. You must call at least 12 to 18 hours before a storm is scheduled to make landfall for assistance.
After the Storm
Please listen to the local radio station (WABF1220AM) and stay in your home until you know it is safe to be on the roads. The Fairhope Police Department may have issued a curfew and you can be arrested if you are out while the curfew is in effect.
After the storm, if disaster relief items (water, ice, etc) are distributed they will distributed at Volanta Park. If necessary, FEMA and the Red Cross will also set-up at Volanta Park.
