Equitable Use of Rec Facilities Committee -- Will meet on Tuesday, August 31 at 5 p.m. at the Fairhope Civic Center in the Delchamps Suite. For information, call the City Clerk's office at 928-2136.

Fairhope Airport Authority - Regular meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Mayor ’s Conference Room at City Hall, 161 N. Section St., Fairhope, AL

Fairhope City Council meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Fairhope Civic Center at 161 N. Section Street. The next meeting will be held on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 at 6 p.m. A work session will be held before the meeting on September 13th at 5 p.m. at the Civic Center to review the school feasibility study. For information on the City Council meetings or the work session, please call the City Clerk's office at 928-2136. The agenda is posted to the website the Friday before the meeting on Monday

There will be a work session before the council meeting September 13th to discuss the Solid Waste Bid Proposals and Trash RFPs.

Financial Advisory Committee Meeting

Fairhope Environmental Advisory Board - The City of Fairhope Environmental Advisory Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. at City Hall in the Conference Room. The public is welcome to attend.

Fairhope Library Board Meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at the Fairhope Public Library. For information, call the library at 928-7483.

Fairhope Museum of History Board of Directors Meeting - The Fairhope Museum of History Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the museum located at 24 South Section Street. For questions regarding the agenda, call 929-1474.

Historic Preservation Committee - Meets the first Thursday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at Fairhope Museum of History. If you are interested in joining this group, please call the mayor's office at 928-2136.

Parking Authority, Industrial Board and Harbor Board - Meets as needed. For questions, call 990-0100.

Personnel Board --  The next meeting is scheduled for September 30 at 9 a.m. in the conference room at the Public Utility Warehouse. For a schedule please call Rhonda Bishop and 928-8003.

Planning and Zoning Meeting - Meets on the first Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Fairhope Civic Center. For information, call 928-8003.

Recreation Board Meeting - Meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:15 p.m. at the City Gym on Highway 98. For information on the agenda, call 990-0100.   

Recycle Committee - The City of Fairhope Recycling Committee meets quarterly at 8:05 a.m. at Fairhope City Hall. For information, call the Environmental Officer at 990-0192.

School Feasibility Committee -- On September 13th, 2010 at 5:00pm the committee will meet with the Fairhope City Council and other Liaison members to the committee, to hear a presentation of the Fairhope School Feasibility Study from Dr. Ira Harvey.

At 6:00 pm on the same date Dr. Harvey will give a 10 min presentation of the Fairhope School Feasibility Study to the general public at the Fairhope City Council meeting.  The study will be available to the public at City Hall in the Clerk's Office or the Fairhope Public Library on Sept 14th, 2010.
