Fairhope City Council meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Fairhope Civic Center at 161 N. Section Street. The next meeting will be held on Monday, September 26 at 6 p.m. There will be a FAC meeting before the Council meeting at 4:45 p.m. For information on the City Council meetings please call the City Clerk's office at 928-2136. The agenda is posted to the website the Friday before the meeting on Monday.

Financial Advisory Committee - Regular meetings are on the 4th Monday of each month at 4:45 p.m. in the Delchamps Room at City Hall, 161 N. Section St., Fairhope, AL.) The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 26, 2011 at 4:45 p.m.

Fairhope Environmental Advisory Board - The City of Fairhope Environmental Advisory Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. at City Hall in the Conference Room. The public is welcome to attend.

Fairhope Library Board Meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at the Fairhope Public Library. For information, call the library at 928-7483.

Fairhope Museum of History Board of Directors Meeting - The Fairhope Museum of History Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the museum located at 24 South Section Street. For questions regarding the agenda, call 929-1474. 

Greeno Road Corrider Committee will meet on Thursday, September 8th at 3 p.m. in the library at the James P. Nix Center. The committee will discuss the future development of the northern portion of Greeno Road from Edwards Avenue north to Highway 104. Questions, call 251-990-0214.

Health Insurance Sub-Committee - Tuesday, Auugst 16, 10 a.m., Mayor's Conference Room at City Hall. Subject of discussion to research self-insurance for City of Fairhope. 

Historic Preservation Committee - Meets the first Thursday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at Fairhope Museum of History. If you are interested in joining this group, please call the mayor's office at 928-2136. There will not be a meeting in October.

Medical Overlay District Public Meeting -  Thursday, July 7th at 5:30 p.m. in the Delchamps Suite at the Civic Center. The discussion will be the possibility of establishing a medical overly district in Fairhope. For information, call 928-2136.

Parking Authority, Industrial Board and Harbor Board - Meets as needed. For questions, call 990-0100.

Personnel Board - For a schedule please call the City Clerk's office at 990-0198.The Personnel Board Meeting will beheld on May 26th at 8:30 a.m. in the Delchamps Room at the Fairhope Civic Center.

Planning Commission Meeting - Meets on the first Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Fairhope Civic Center. For information, call 928-8003.

Subdivision Regulations to establish a definition
for Flood Control Structure.

B. SD 11.10 Public Hearing to consider the request of Moore
Surveying Final Plat approval of the Replat of Lot
1 of Wood Church Subdivision, a 2-lot minor
division. The property is located on the north side
of Magnolia Avenue just east of Church Street.

C. UR 11.14 Request of Joseph Bullock of Preble-Rish, LLC
for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and Approval of
the proposed extension of Boothe Road. The will
run from the existing intersection of Boothe Road
and Nichols Avenue, north to Morphy Avenue,
approximately 1300 linear feet of road and
sidewalk.
