WITHDRAWN -- SR 08-01 Request of Rob Williams to modify the pervious pavement conditions of the previously approved Site Plan for The Shoppes At Fairhope Village in the Fly Creek PUD (Planned Unit Development) to an alternative method. The property is located on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 98 and Parker Road.
B. ZC 08-09 Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Pumphrey of Volkert & Associates, Inc. for an amendment to the North Village at Stone Creek PUD. The property is located on the east side of Highway 181, just east of where Twin Beech Road meets Highway 181.
C. SD 06-38 Request of Steve Pumphrey of Volkert & Associates, Inc. for extension of Preliminary Plat approval of Stone Creek Subdivision, Phase II. The property is located on the east side of Highway 181, just south of Twin Beech Road.
D. SD 07-08 Request of Jason Estes of EDS, L.L.C. for extension of Preliminary Plat approval of Fox Hollow Subdivision. The property is located on the south side of Morphy Avenue, just west of Thompson Hall Road.
