Delchamps Room 1
The Delchamps room is a perfect room for average size meetings; the room has over 600 square feet of space and will accommodate up to 60 people.

Rental fee: $40.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour usedfor each hour used on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

Delchamps Room 2
If you’re looking for a room that will hold 20 people then the Suite would be ideal for you; this room takes up over 300 square feet of space.

Rental fee: $40.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour used for each hour used on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

Council Chambers
The Fairhope Civic Center’s Council Chambers are also available for rental. The Chambers will accompany 128 fixed seats (theater style). This room is often reserved for regularly held council meetings but may be available on other dates, please call for availability.

Rental fee: $50.00 from 8-5 pm and $20.00 per hour for each hour used.

* Please call for availability of listed rooms as groups meet on a daily basis.
** An hourly rate of $20.00 per hour will be charged for each consecutive hour of use after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends from the time the first person arrives until the time the last person leaves. This hourly charge will be $50.00 per hour on recognized City holidays.
