Tables and chairs are provided and set up to renter’s specifications. Outside catering and vendors are always welcome, so long as they provide a copy of their Business License and Health Department Permit. A few of the other amenities offered at the Nix Center:

Room Stats and Fees

Ballroom
The Ballroom is the Nix Center’s largest rental room, over 5000 square feet of space which will accommodate gatherings of up to 200 banquet style and 500 people auditorium style. This room is most often used for weddings and receptions, anniversary parties

**An hourly rate of $20.00 per hour will be charged for each consecutive hour of use after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends from the time the first person arrives until the time the last person leaves. This hourly charge will be $50.00 per hour on recognized City holidays.
