Registration varies for each activity. Please refer to the activity list below and call the contact person for upcoming registration dates and information.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DO YOU HAVE?
Information on the various sports league programs that are offered through the Fairhope Recreation Department is listed below. Other activities of the Recreation Department include:

• Jump, Wiggle & Giggle - Pre-school age children. Meets on Tuesdays at 10 am. Contact: Chandra Ford 990-8462.
• Youth Baseball, Open to boys & girls ages 5 to 15. Two seasons. Registration and evaluations in late February and early March for games in April-June; and registration in August for games in September-October. Volanta Park. Contact: 929-0359. Visit the Fairhope Youth Baseball website.

• Sunday, January 15: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Registration Location:

• Fairhope Intermediate School Cafeteria (new building)

Registration Fees:

• $75 for T-Ball (ages 5-6)
• $80 for Peanut (ages 7-8)
• $85 for Minor (ages 9-10)
• $90 for Ozone (ages 11-12)
• $95 for Dixie Boys (ages 13-14)

Late Registration:
Late registration will be held January 29 & February 5, from 2:00pm – 5:00pm at Volanta Park during player evaluations. An additional $10 late fee will be added to the standard fees listed above for all late registrations.  Late registration can also be made in person at the East Bay Engraving located at 23 South Section Street, January 30 through February 4 only!

Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after February 5th!

Only children zoned to attend Fairhope Public Schools will be eligible to register.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Players will be placed in the appropriate league based on their age as of April 30, 2012.

• Girls Softball, open to girls ages 5 to 15. Registration and evaluations are in late February and early March. Games are played from April-June. Founders Park. Contact: Jason McKenzie, 487-0228. Visit Fairhope Girls Softball website.

• Youth Basketball, Open to boys and girls ages 5-14. Registration and practice in November-December for January- February games. Recreation Center Gymnasium. Contacts: Danny Ford, 463-8775 or 990-8462.

• Fairhope Area Swim Team, Open to boys and girls ages 5-18 who already know how to swim. Registration in May with swim meets in June-July. Contacts: Tammy Kaurudar 928-3503 or Coach Brittany Mikesic at the Fairhope Municipal Pool 990-0174.
• Youth Football and Cheerleaders, Open to boys and girls ages 7-12. Registration is the first three Saturdays in May from 9:00 am - 11 am at Volanta Park. Registration ends July 30th. No Late Registration is accepted. Registration Cost: Football is $85.00 per child, Cheerleader is $50.00 per child (does not include cheerleader uniform) Games are held from September to November. • Disc Golf, 18 hole course located at Fairhope Municipal Park. Play begins just north of the pool. For additional information, call 990-0174.

DO YOU HAVE TENNIS LESSONS, ETC.?
League play and lessons for all ages are available at the City of Fairhope Municipal Tennis Courts located at Stimpson Field at the corner of Morphy Avenue and Mershon Street in Fairhope. For tennis information, call Brad Townshend at 251-753-8601.

HOW ARE TENNIS COURTS RESERVED AT STIMPSON FIELD?

There are six tennis courts available for reservation at the City of Fairhope’s Stimpson Field.  The tennis courts at Stimpson Field can be reserved by calling 990-0174 during business hours Monday through Friday.

The Fairhope Tennis Association (FTA) has standing reservations for four courts each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:30 to 10:00 am.  During those times, two courts remain available for reservation by others.
